Firstly, we need to check whether the two ends of the conveyor belt are aligned in the horizontal direction, and check the alignment of the horizontal centerline of the idler and the longitudinal centerline of the belt conveyor. If the deviation exceeds 3mm, both ends need to be adjusted.

Then check whether there is deviation in the vertical direction and of the two planes of the head and tail frame. If the deviation of the plane exceeds 1mm, you need to readjust it to the same plane.

And you also need to observe if the material is located in the middle of the conveyor belt. If the material is on the left or right, it will affect the transmission efficiency of the material and can be improved by adding baffles.

The unstable operation of the conveyor belt of the hydraulic concrete block making machine is mainly due to the misalignment of the installation. It it must be aligned to keep the error within the allowable range.
